Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Loved Again Bridal. By using our platform to buy, sell, or rent wedding dresses, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. 

General Terms

  • Loved Again Bridal is a peer-to-peer platform that facilitates the renting and selling of pre-loved wedding dresses.
  • We are not the owner of any listed items; transactions are made between users, but are processed and protected through our platform.

2. 

Rental Terms

a. 

Dress Care & Condition

  • Renters are responsible for taking reasonable care of the dress during the rental period.
  • Dresses must be returned in the same condition they were received.
  • Dry cleaning the dress terms will be stated in the listing.
  • If a dress is returned damaged, stained, or altered, the renter will be charged up to the full deposit amount to compensate the seller.

b. 

Return Deadline

  • Dresses must be shipped or returned on the date agreed upon with the seller.
  • Late returns may result in late fees or forfeiture of deposit, at the discretion of the seller.

3. 

Sales Terms

a. 

Shipping Responsibilities

  • The seller is responsible for properly packaging and shipping the dress.
  • The seller is responsible for purchasing their own shipping label. See ‘shipping your dress’ for more details. Sellers are also responsible for insuring their shipping labels.
  • The seller will be responsible for providing their own shipping materials.
  • Tracking information must be submitted once the item is shipped.

b. 

Return Policy

  • Buyers have 72 hours from the time of delivery to request a return.
  • The seller will display personalize return policy on individual listings.
  • A return will be approved if:
    • The dress arrives damaged or materially different than described in the listing.
    • The return is requested within the 72-hour window and the dress is returned in the condition it was received, if the seller agrees to returns in the listing.
  • If a return is approved, the buyer must follow the return shipping instructions provided by Loved Again Bridal and ship the dress back at the buyers own cost under all circumstances.

4. 

Commission & Payments

  • Sellers receive 90% of the final sale or rental price.
  • Loved Again Bridal retains a 10% fee to support platform operations, promotion, and customer service.
  • Payouts are issued after the dress is delivered after 72 hours (sales) or returned in good condition (rentals). Please allow 5-10 business days to process payouts.

5. 

Misuse & Disputes

  • Any suspected misuse of the platform—such as repeated damage, fraud, or misrepresentation—may result in account suspension or removal.
  • Loved Again Bridal reserves the right to mediate disputes and make final decisions regarding deposit deductions and return eligibility.

6. 

Modifications

  • Loved Again Bridal reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes.

📸 Content Release & Usage

By uploading any photos, videos, or other media to our website, you grant Loved Again Bridal and its affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, and distribute such content in connection with the promotion of our services. This includes—but is not limited to—use on our website and across our affiliated social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Threads, Lemon8, Facebook, and YouTube. You affirm that you own the rights to any content you upload and that its use by us will not infringe on any third-party rights.

By using Loved Again Bridal, you agree to these terms and help us maintain a safe, supportive space for brides everywhere.
